Attending Meetings

Most associations hold a meeting for all of the membership at least once each year. The board of directors for most associations meet on a monthly basis, or as otherwise needed. Board members may also be required to attend various other meetings, ranging from meetings with a developer or other contractors, to meetings with homeowners. An attorney from this office can be available to attend any meeting where it is believed legal counsel should be present to address issues, provide legal advice and/or to resolve concerns.
