Construction Defects
Problems concerning construction defects can be both time consuming and labor intensive. Consequently, we have established relationships with various firms specializing in construction defect litigation to assist our associations when such problems arise. Depending upon the circumstances of each case, we will generally associate with a construction defect firm to assist with the construction defect issues, while we continue to serve as general legal counsel for the association. (While we have successfully prosecuted complex construction defect cases in the past, resulting in multi-million dollar recoveries for our clients, we believe associations with serious defect issues are better served by firms specializing solely in construction defect litigation.)
