General Counsel
Our firm acts as general counsel for hundreds of community associations throughout Arizona. As general counsel, Maxwell & Morgan, P.C. assists community associations in addressing and evaluating their legal needs, including offering oral or written legal opinions concerning the association’s governing documents, applicable statutes and/or case law. Where necessary, and as general counsel, our firm assists associations in locating and/or evaluating prospective vendors, experts and specialized legal counsel to assist associations in unique legal matters, including but not limited to employment, complex water rights issues, and complex zoning matters.
