Jonathan D. Brooks
Jonathan D. Brooks is an associate at Maxwell & Morgan, P.C. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Brooks gained valuable experience representing individuals in consumer bankruptcy actions. He also acquired significant oral advocacy and litigation experience as an extern for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and San Diego County District Attorney’s Office. He is now pleased to represent community associations.
Mr. Brooks obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2010. During law school, he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and participated in multiple national competitions. Mr. Brooks is an Arizona native, and received Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Political Science from Arizona State University in 2006. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
