Jeffery Corben
Mr. Corben is an associate at Maxwell & Morgan, P.C. and commenced the practice of law in Arizona in 2000. Mr. Corben has exclusively devoted his practice to representing planned community and condominium associations and counseling their directors in complex litigation, general corporate issues, transition from developer control, deed restriction enforcement and transactional matters. Mr. Corben also defends associations and their directors and officers in litigation matters brought against them directly and as insurance defense counsel. Mr. Corben is an active member of the Community Associations Institute, Arizona Association of Community Managers and serves on the Board of Directors of The Leadership Centre. Mr. Corben frequently speaks on the topic of community associations in Arizona.
Mr. Corben holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine, where he was a member of the Dean’s Honor Roll. He received his Juris Doctor from Western State University College of Law where he received American Jurisprudence awards in Contracts and Legal Writing. Mr. Corben is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, United States District Court, District of Arizona and the Maricopa County Bar Association.
