Christina N. Morgan

Christina N. Morgan is an associate at Maxwell & Morgan, P.C. who is now pleased to devote her practice to serving community associations. Following graduation from law school, Ms. Morgan clerked for the Honorable Thomas H. Keadle of the Twenty-sixth Judicial Circuit of West Virginia. She then practiced in the Federal Black Lung and Litigation Departments of Jackson Kelly, PLLC in Morgantown, West Virginia before joining the firm.
Ms. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Baylor University in Waco, Texas where she graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa in 2002. She obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the West Virginia University College of Law where she graduated Order of the Coif in 2007. Ms. Morgan is a member of the Arizona State Bar and the West Virginia State Bar. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
