Elise V. Saadi
Ms. Saadi is an associate attorney with Maxwell & Morgan, P.C. For the past four years Ms. Saadi has limited her practice of law to the representation of community associations, including varied litigation, creditor bankruptcy and corporate matters. Additionally, she has experience in the areas of general commercial real-estate litigation and complex arbitration hearings involving the State of Arizona.
Ms. Saadi received her Juris Doctorate from The University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 2001, specializing in Alternative Dispute Resolution Tactics. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Retailing and Consumer Studies from The University of Arizona, with an emphasis in marketing. Ms. Saadi has been admitted to the Arizona State Bar and United States District Court for the District of Arizona and has been practicing law since 2001. She is also a member of the Arizona Women’s Lawyer Association, the Maricopa County Bar Association, the State Bar of Arizona’s Fee Arbitration Committee and the State Bar of Arizona’s Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee.
