Lydia R. Tulin
Ms. Tulin is an associate at Maxwell & Morgan, P.C. She received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2008 where she was honored as being a Pedrick Scholar. Ms. Tulin holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of North Carolina Charlotte where she was a member of the Dean’s List and Lieutenant Chief of the student court program.
Ms. Tulin was introduced to community association law while clerking for a community association law firm in law school. Before joining Maxwell & Morgan, she obtained significant litigation and courtroom experience representing financial institutions in foreclosure related litigation. Ms. Tulin is a member of Arizona State Bar and the United States District Court, District of Arizona.
