For Developers
Developers have their own unique concerns as they contemplate a new development, including whether to design the community as a condominium, a planned community or some other form of community not subject to the ever increasing statutory limitations placed upon condominiums and planned communities. Many of said issues can be easily resolved when our firm meets with developers to evaluate their needs, concerns and objectives. This is generally accomplished during the initial drafting stage of the covenants, conditions, restrictions, articles of incorporation and bylaws. Moreover, concerns arise as the community is built out, units/lots are sold and as the community association begins functioning. We can assist developers in meeting these concerns from the initial document drafting stage, incorporation of the association, and through the period when the developer turns the association over to the owners.
