Collecting Attorney Fees in Court
Court's typically have discretion in the amount of attorney fees to award in any particular case. Because of our lower rates, our firm has a good track record in recovering all attorney fees incurred. While nothing is ever guaranteed, one Superior Court Judge has recently said of our billing rates that he has not seen lower fees in the entire valley, and he proceeded to award us all fees incurred in a drawn out injunctive lawsuit.
