Lunch and Learn Series
Our firm is proud to be involved in providing ongoing education to community managers and board members. The firm routinely provides educational seminars at the offices of management companies. We are also pleased to be involved in a “Lunch & Learn” series that is free to management companies and our board member clients. (Board members who are not clients of Maxwell & Morgan, P.C. are asked to pay a nominal fee of $20.00.) Currently, the “Lunch & Learn” presentations take place at the Airport Hilton, located at 2435 South 47th Street, Phoenix, Arizona (approximately Route 143 and University), with registration starting at 11:30 a.m and the program and lunch taking place between noon and 1:00 p.m. The dates and topics for our upcoming Lunch & Learn series are as follows: May 7, 2008 – - “Conducting More Efficient and Effective HOA Meetings”; August 6, 2008 – - “Legislative Update”; and November 5, 2008 – - “Covenant Enforcement and Collecting Fines”. Additional Lunch & Learn presentations scheduled hereafter will be posted in this section of our website. Our firm also expresses appreciation for our sponsors who have underwritten the costs of the Lunch & Learn’s, including: AV Builders Corp.; Community Association Banc; Community Association Underwriters of America, Inc.; CondoCerts; and Dicks, Coglianese, Lipson & Shuquem.
