Schools Within Associations
The State Legislature has terminated the Association's ability to enforce the CC&R's against schools located within homeowner associations (see A.R.S. § 33-1801). The following is a summary of important points of the new legislation
- Schools are not subject to enforcement of the community documents.
- The prohibition against enforcement does not apply to most home schools.
